There is no official dose levels, everyone responds differently to CBD.
CBD can be taken at any point throughout the day. One can take it in the morning and then space out their intake throughout the day. It is imperative to ensure the recommended daily dosage is not exceeded. Taking CBD at least one hour before you go to sleep will allow the cannabinoids time to work with your body.
The majority of frequent CBD users find that a dose between 10 – 20 mg (administered once or twice daily ) is enough to prove effective relief from various ailments. The oil can be taken 3-4 times per day, but one must not exceed the 200mg daily amount
Everyone is different so there are no exact dosage amounts, a lot will depend on which product you use, how often, the strength and why you are taking it.
You may feel the positive effects of CBD after the first use or after multiples uses, if these are slight or unnoticeable a change in dosage or strength level may be required in order to achieve the desired results.
